The World's Most Advanced Training Pitch: The Story of Goal Box

Goal Box was installed at Ikast Stadion back in 2010 through a collaboration between FC Midtjylland, Peter Johanesson, and the local company Ikadan A/S. It took Peter Johanesson approximately 10 years—from 1997 to 2007—to develop the pitch, which remains the most advanced training pitch in the world to this day.
